This is what Erotic Figurines offers you. Working hand in hand to offer original, quality erotic figurines to collectors or painters as passionate as us.
Behind Erotic Figurines there is me, Stéphane, a creator like you and this idea of collaborating together is a wonderful opportunity to break the solitude of our passion, in addition to having the pleasure of going to the end of a chain Creation - Production - Marketing.
Being also a creator and before that a professional photographer, I am very sensitive to what concerns copyright and the distribution of my creations. This is why I suggest that we collaborate together and start off on a good basis, namely...

Copyright
l'Atelier du Figuriniste makes a point of honor to respect the copyright of the creators with whom it collaborates. Their written agreement (a simple email or message) is necessary for the publication and sale of their works.
Start of the collaboration
From the moment contact is created between l'Atelier du Figuriniste and the creator and the latter gives his tacit and written agreement for the marketing of his works, the collaboration is considered ratified.
At this time l'Atelier du Figuriniste has the right to use all the necessary elements in its possession, including the illustrations, to initiate the sale of the painted or unpainted physical figurines.
Only the first sale of a painted or unpainted physical figurine from an stl file purchased from a creator will open the payment of royalties. Before this first sale, the authors cannot claim any remuneration.
Scope of copyright
By collaborating with Atelier du Figurinistes, the authors give their permission to commercialize all their current and future works, in the form of STL Files, purchased and sold by Atelier du Figuriniste.
Only works duly stipulated in writing will not be usable by Atelier du Figuriniste.
The marketing authorization runs for an indefinite period and throughout the world without any limit of duration and location. Only authorizations dependent on a Patreon subscription are excluded from this rule.
Exclusivity
No exclusivity is requested from creators on their works.
In the event that this occurs, a request from the Atelier du Figuriniste will be made to the creator and an exclusivity contract will be made with him and for one (or more) of his works and in no case for all of his work.
Choice of models and figurines marketed.
the Atelier du Figuriniste reserves the right to market all models of a particular author from the moment the Atelier du Figuriniste purchases the corresponding STL File.
Illustrations
For reasons of uniformity, creators are asked to provide illustrations of their works without inscriptions, brands or logos. Otherwise, the Atelier du Figuriniste reserves the right to erase the inscriptions, brands and/or logos present on the illustrations in its possession.
Author remuneration
Three scenarios:
You have a Patreon account. In this case, Atelier du Figuriniste subscribes to your Patreon page at the third party reseller and this constitutes the monthly payment of royalties.
You do not have a Patreon account. In this case, Atelier du Figuriniste pays you royalties in the form of donations on PayPal or any other donation system.
You have neither. In this case, Atelier du Figuriniste buys the STL File for each new order of your works.
Calculation of royalties
Atelier du Figuriniste pays 5% of its turnover made from your works, knowing that a figurine sells between 55 and 70 Euros for raw printed models and between 200 and 300 Euros for painted models.
This does not apply to Patreon subscriptions.
Workflow process
After receiving the creator's agreement in principle and upon receipt of the illustrations of your works (or upon online recovery of the illustrations), the Atelier du Figuriniste integrates them into its flow of creation of the article to be marketed.
A product sheet is created mentioning the title (at the discretion of Erotic Figurines), the price, the description and the mention of the creator and possibly if available, a link to his web page or his Patreon page (in no case can it be a link to the marketing of physical figurines).
Then the Atelier du Figuriniste puts this product sheet online.
For the sake of transparency, each sale made is counted and includes any taxes and royalties due to the creator. This file is updated every 1st of the month and can be consulted on request by the creators.
Mutual advertising
Because Atelier du Figuriniste contributes to the visibility of the creators who work with it, it is normal that the creators do the same on their side. It would be correct for them to display their collaboration with Atelier du Figuriniste on their web page(s).
However, this is in no way obligatory, it is just a mark of mutual trust.
Refusal to collaborate
Only a refusal declared and notified in writing by an author or Atelier du Figuriniste is taken into account to not initiate a collaboration. The rule of "silence means consent" applies here.
Modification of the conditions of collaboration
Atelier du Figuriniste reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. It must inform the authors when they change.
Stop of the collaboration
No procedure is necessary to break the collaboration except the politeness and good manners of informing the other party of your decision to no longer collaborate.
